How we work

Clients take part as much as they wish: some choose every fabric and pleat, others leave the choice to the designer.

  1. A visit at home

The designer brings fabric samples. Fabrics are chosen at the window itself, in daylight.

  2. Measuring

The designer measures the windows, the recesses and the ceiling height. Everything is made to these measurements, so there is nothing for you to measure.

  3. The quote

After the visit you receive a written quote: fabric, pleat, track or pole, fitting and price.

  4. Making and fitting

The curtains are made to the approved quote. The track is fitted, the curtains are hung and the pleats are dressed.

From order confirmation to installation, curtains, roman blinds and other blinds take 3–4 weeks, and tracks 1–2 weeks. Our warranty covers sewing and tracks for 12 months, and mechanisms and motors, electric ones included, for 24 months.

Questions

Can I write to you in English?

Yes. Write to [email protected] in English with your town, the number of windows and a few photos if you have them, and we reply by e-mail.

Where do you work, and what does the visit cost?

Across Lithuania. Measuring is free in Vilnius. In Kaunas and Klaipėda it is free on orders of €200 or more. Elsewhere in Lithuania the visit is paid, and the price is agreed beforehand.

Where can I see the fabrics?

At your own windows. The designer brings the fabric samples, so you see them in the light of the room they are for. Girulių g. 10, LT-12112 Vilnius is MB Gojer's registered address only. The designer comes to you.

How long does it take?

From order confirmation to installation, curtains, roman blinds and other blinds take 3–4 weeks, and tracks 1–2 weeks. The fitting day is agreed in advance.

Is fitting included?

When you order after the designer's visit, the fitting is part of the written quote, with the fabric, the making and the track, so the full price is known before you order. Our warranty covers sewing and tracks for 12 months, and mechanisms and motors, electric ones included, for 24 months.

Do you work outside Lithuania?

No. The visit, the measuring and the fitting are offered in Lithuania only.
