Yes, where the building requires them. The specification and the certificates are agreed for each project before production.

Do you take on large projects in stages?

Yes. For hotels, offices and residential developments the order is put together in stages, with one fabric and fitting standard across the building, and the schedule follows the construction or renovation programme.

How is a company invoiced?

Against a proforma invoice for the approved specification, followed by a VAT invoice. MB Gojer is registered for VAT (VAT code LT100020982710); prices include VAT and are final. On larger projects payment can be split into stages.
