We are looking for a window dressings consultant
curtain.lt is a Vilnius company that makes window dressings and interior textiles for private clients. We are looking for someone who likes a well-designed interior, is at ease talking to clients and wants to earn according to results.
From the first day you learn the trade in practice, from measuring at the client's home to the finished, hung curtains. The team is small, so your contribution shows and the training is personal.
Salary: a base salary starting at €1,153 gross per month, the 2026 minimum monthly wage, plus commission on sales. Earnings depend on results.
What you will do
- Visit clients to measure windows for curtains and blinds (in Vilnius and the surrounding area).
- Advise clients: help them choose the fabrics, the style and the window dressings that suit their interior.
- Prepare quotes and handle the sale, from the first contact to the order.
- Where needed, help with the fitting on more complex jobs (long tracks, fitting in pairs).
- From time to time, travel to measure in other towns (for example Kaunas and Klaipėda).
What we expect from you
- Your own car and a category B driving licence are required, because you will be driving to clients (we reimburse fuel).
- The ability to work full-time.
- Fluent Lithuanian is required; English and/or Russian are a big advantage.
- Taste and an interest in interiors: you want homes to look good, and it shows.
- Good communication, tidiness and a sense of responsibility.
- Experience in design, interiors or sales is an advantage but not required. A willingness to learn and a good eye matter more.
