Cookie policy

Updated: 26 October 2026

This is an English version for information. The Lithuanian text at curtain.lt/slapukai is the one that applies.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit it. The browser's own storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) works in a similar way, so we describe both below.

What cookies do we use?

1. Essential. The site would not work without them: they remember your cookie choice and what you have typed into the order form. They need no consent.

2. Analytics (only with your consent). Google Analytics helps us understand how many people visit, which pages they read and where they come from.

3. Marketing (only with your consent). The Meta Pixel and Google ads measurement show whether our advertising on Facebook, Instagram and Google brings in customers.

Until you consent, the Google Analytics tag loads but writes no cookies: Google receives only cookieless signals with no visitor identifier (Google Consent Mode). Without marketing consent the Meta Pixel does not load at all.

List of the cookies used

Name — Provider — Type — Duration — Purpose

curtain-consent (browser storage) — curtain.lt — Essential — 12 months, then we ask again — your cookie choice and its date

curtain.karnizai.checkoutDraft.v1, curtain.karnizai.checkoutIdem.v1 (session storage) — curtain.lt — Essential — until you close the browser tab — the order form draft, and protection against the same order being sent twice

curtain-purchase-sent, exit_intent_shown (session storage) — curtain.lt — Essential — until you close the browser tab — so that the same order is not counted twice and the offer window is not shown again

_ga — Google Analytics — Analytics — 2 years — tells browsers apart (a random number)

_ga_P6Z04542CL — Google Analytics — Analytics — 2 years — the state of the visit (session)

_ga_CZTGB0HYQQ — Google Analytics (our earlier account, kept for a transition period) — Analytics — 2 years — the state of the visit (session)

_fbp — Meta (Facebook) — Marketing — 3 months — tells browsers apart for measuring advertising

_fbc — Meta (Facebook) — Marketing — 3 months — written only when you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram ad link

With marketing consent, Google and Meta may also use their own cookies on their own domains (doubleclick.net, google.com, facebook.com); these companies manage them under their own rules.

Third-party services

Our website uses these third-party services:

Google Analytics. For statistics on visits to the website. Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Google Tag Manager. A tag management tool; it writes no cookies itself.

Meta Pixel. For measuring how well our advertising works on Facebook and Instagram. It loads only after marketing consent. Meta's privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/

How to manage cookies?

On your first visit we show a choice: "Accept", "Reject" or "Settings" (analytics and marketing cookies separately). Until you choose, no analytics or marketing cookies are written.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw consent, the cookies concerned are deleted.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Links to the instructions for the most popular browsers:
