Curtain track price calculator
Choose the type of track, enter the width of the window and get an approximate price with fitting in a few minutes. Ceiling tracks, wall poles and Brel Home electric tracks.
What does this calculator help you estimate?
The calculator gives an approximate price for a track project: the track itself, the brackets, the end caps and the fitting. For electric tracks it uses Brel Home catalogue prices, with the motor, the remote and the programming.
Use it to see the overall budget for a track before a consultation: a simple ceiling track at €9 per metre, or an electric track whose set for a 2–3 m window, with fitting, programming and a remote, costs about €570–650.

- • Type: a ceiling track is the cheapest, a wall pole costs more, and an electric track the most.
- • Fitting: the cost of fitting depends on the type and the length (€9–17 per metre).
- • The electric motor: the price of a Brel Home set includes the motor, the track and the controls.
Questions about track prices
How much does a track for a 2 m window cost?
A ceiling track for a 2 m window: €18 for the track, €39 for three brackets and €18 for fitting, €75 in all. A round wall pole with brackets, end caps and fitting costs €103. A Brel Home electric track with a two-way motor, fitting and programming costs €497, or €571 with the remote.
Does the calculator include the price of fitting?
Yes, if you choose fitting. The price depends on the type of track and its length: from €9 per metre for a ceiling track, from €12 per metre for a wall pole and from €15 per metre for an electric track.
How do the prices of a ceiling track and a wall pole differ?
A ceiling track (from €9 per metre) is the cheapest option: a contemporary aluminium track. A wall pole (from €14 per metre) costs more, because decorative end caps and brackets are needed as well. An electric set is not priced per metre: the shortest, a 1.6 m track with a one-way motor, costs €420 without fitting.
Is an electric track worth it?
It is, for large windows (over 3 m), high ceilings and a smart home. Brel Home motors work from a remote and from the Brel Home app, which links to Siri, Google Home and Alexa; a Wi-Fi motor joins the app itself and a Brel Home Box hub brings the other motors in. A set costs from €420 (1.6 m, without fitting); fitted and programmed, an electric track costs from €170 per metre.
Which colours of track are available?
Ceiling tracks are white or black. Wall poles come in 5 finishes: silver (anox), black, bronze, brown and gold. Each finish has matching end caps and brackets.
Can I fit the track myself?
Yes, a ceiling track can be fitted by yourself. For a wall pole and for an electric track we recommend professional fitting: the track is then levelled correctly and keeps its warranty.
