Questions

Is the configurator price final?
No. It is a preliminary price (±15%). The exact price is confirmed after measuring at your home. Measuring is free in Vilnius. In Kaunas and Klaipėda it is free on orders of €200 or more. Elsewhere in Lithuania the visit is paid, and the price is agreed beforehand. Nothing is binding online yet.
How do I choose a fabric without seeing it in person?
In the configurator you can zoom into the palette of each fabric with a loupe and see the real weave close up. The designer brings fabric samples to the measuring visit.
How do the pleat types differ?
The pleat decides the amount of fabric and the look: a loop heading (1.5×) is the most economical, a wave heading (2.0×) gives even waves on a ceiling track, and a pinch pleat (2.5×) is the fullest classic pleat.
Can curtains made to measure be returned?
Products made to your measurements are personalised goods, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them (Article 6.228¹⁰ of the Lithuanian Civil Code). That is why the measurements are confirmed together before production. If a product has a fault, the guarantee under the law applies: at your choice we repair or replace it, and if that does not succeed you may require a price reduction or your money back.
